Teterboro Honors Longtime Prosecutor and Borough Attorney on His Retirement

TETERBORO, NJ – The Teterboro Mayor and Council honored the borough’s longtime attorney on his retirement during Tuesday evening’s Council meeting held virtually.

David B. Bole served the borough for over 40 years. He was first appointed the Municipal Prosecutor in 1977. In January 1990, he was named Municipal Attorney. Virginia A. Alcuri, Municipal Clerk, read proclamation honoring Bole, who retired December 31, 2020.

Nicholas C. Saros, Municipal Manager, wished Bole well in his retirement, saying he “gave great legal advice.”

The Council also passed on second and final reading Ordinance 614 authorizing the acquisition and purchase of a sewer grinder for the pump station on Industrial Avenue for $45,000.
