The Los Alamos Retired and Senior Organization, invites community members to, a drive by farewell event on Wednesday from 12 p.m.-1 p.m. Robert Smith, seen here with former LARSO Director Linda Boncella, will retire after 20 years of service to our senior center and community elders. “Those who know and love Rbert are invited to drive by the lower level of the Betty Ehart Senior Center and salute him for many years in service to others,” said Bernadette Lauritzen, LARSO Director. “Robert is the kindest, gentlest person, with a heart of gold and a genuine belief in the good that exists in everyone.The center will collect donations throughout the week and also welcome cards before, during or after the event.
